PLEASE NOTE:
- Own bras will be accommodated in SELECTED SECTIONS due to the nature of the design. Please ensure own bra is clean, plain, smooth, padded, and free of lace in the colors of nude, tan, white or black. Own bras MUST be submitted by April 19th 2024.
- An additional cost of ($50USD) applies to masqueraders submitting their own bra to be covered and decorated. Please note all shipping, duties and taxes will be applied to your costume balance upon receipt of your bra.

- We accept CASH only at our MAS CAMP
- We do not accept credit card transactions at our MAS CAMP.
- There are various styles available, be certain to register for the costume style you desire (upgrades and/or add-ons are subject to availability upon registration).
- Please ensure sizing submitted follows a US chart applicable to bras, pants, t-shirts etc. as our costumes are produced via a US size conversion.

The financial institutions of Antigua and Barbuda control currency exchange rates. We advise that you request details on all processing fees from your bank before completion of your transaction. Due to numerous instances of attempted fraud, INSANE reserves the right to; refuse registration, request ID from registered masqueraders and/or to contact registered masqueraders for verification purposes at our discretion especially in the attempt to re-sell. We use a third party registration where additional processing fees will be incurred. Please note costumes are customized to your specifications. As a result, we are unable to process refunds on deposits.

PLEASE NOTE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. INSANE CARNIVAL EXPERIENCE COST INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: COSTUMES, FOOD, UNLIMITED PREMIUM DRINKS, PROFESSIONAL SAFETY AND SECURITY TEAM, EXCLUSIVE MEDIA TEAM, TOP INSANE DJ’S/SOCA ARTISTS .
2. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL / NO EXCHANGES / NO TRANSFERS / NO REFUNDS/ ALL COSTUMES/PACKAGES MUST BE COLLECTED DURING COLLECTION PERIOD UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE AND APPROVED BY THE BAND. PERSONS COLLECTING COSTUMES/PACKAGES MUST HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ID OR SHOULD AUTHORIZE SOMEONE TO COLLECT ON THIER BEHALF. THE PERSON COLLECTING SHOULD ALSO PRESENT A VALID GOVERNMENT ID. THE BANDS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE COSTUME ENDS AT THE TIME OF DISTRIBUTION/COLLECTION. THEREFORE PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PHYSICALLY CHECK ALL COMPONENTS OF THE COSTUME PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ELEMENTS OF THE COSTUME IS PROVIDED (USING THE CHECKLIST) PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER AS ANY ITEMS CLAIMED TO BE MISSING AFTER WILL NOT REPLACED. THAT INCLUDES WRISTBANDS.
3. YOU MUST BE 18 AND OLDER TO REGISTER WITH THE BAND. ANYONE NOT MEETING THE AGE REQUIREMENT WILL FORFEIT THEIR PAYMENT.
4. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES DURING DISTRIBUTION , PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT YOUR CORRECT SIZE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
5. THE PAYMENT PLAN WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: INITIAL DEPOST TO SECURE YOUR COSTUME, 50% BY 15 MAY 2024, 75% BY 15TH JUNE 2024, AND FINAL BALANCE ON OR BEFORE 15 JULY 2024. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF YOUR COSTUME IF YOU FAIL TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE BAND.
6. PLEASE NOTE WHERE ADDONS ARE SELECTED THE ORIGINAL ITEM WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. PAYMENT FOR ADDONS IS REQUIRED DURING INITIAL DEPOSIT/PURCHASE.
7. I UNDERSTAND THAT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MAY BE TAKEN DURING THE EVENT MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. THUS I RELINQUISH ALL RIGHTS THAT I MAY CLAIM SAID PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.
8. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY SIZES LISTED ARE AVAILABLE. THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES AFTER PURCHASE, PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ACTUAL SIZE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
9. SHOULD THERE BE ANY DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS IN THE CARNIVAL DUE TO ENFORCED GUIDELINES BY THE GOVERNMENT ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS WILL BE ROLLED OVER TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED CARNIVAL. (AS PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIAL AND OTHER SUPPLIES WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN PROCESS TO FACILITATE THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF THE COSTUMES).
10. PLEASE NOTE THAT INSANE CARNIVAL CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT AS RESULT ANY ACT OF GOD DISASTERS THAT AFFECT THE CARNIVAL. ( AS THE PROCUREMENT OF RAW MATERIALS AS WELL AS DEPOSITS TO THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN IN PROCESS TO FACILITATE THE ROAD EXPERIENCE)
